Swapfolk is a waitlist and, when it opens, a service that introduces people who want to trade skills. By joining the waitlist or using the service you agree to these terms.
Swapfolk connects people who want to teach each other. Swapfolk is not a party to any swap, does not supervise sessions, and does not guarantee the skill, conduct or identity of any user. Where, when and whether to meet is your decision.
You are responsible for your own safety and for what you teach. Use good judgment about where you meet and who you meet. Do not use Swapfolk to sell services, harass anyone, or misrepresent who you are.
People who join the waitlist before Swapfolk opens in Austin receive the premium tier at no charge for as long as that tier exists. This offer applies to the account tied to the email you signed up with and is not transferable.
These terms may change as the service develops. The date above shows the current version.
